  Smoke Wagon Tasting Notes:

  Nose: Vanilla and bright light fruits. Fresh apple and subtle baked pear. Light cinnamon and sweet brown sugar.

  Palate: Medium bodied and very pleasant. Sweet caramel and vanilla. A hint of pepper. A touch of apple and moderate cinnamon candy.

  The finish lingers with cinnamon spice with a touch of candied fruit. Overall a gentle hug of warm deliciousness. A pour for nearly any mood.

  Nose: Immediate notes of strawberry shortcake popsicle—candy strawberries and sweet cream—layered over a subtle dusty rickhouse character and seasoned oak. The aromatic intensity signals a high-proof bourbon from the start. With additional time in the glass, softer confectionary notes emerge: sugar cookie and light caramel.
  
  Palate: Full-bodied and viscous, with a rich, oily texture. The oak is assertive but mature—structured rather than green or tannic. Bold cinnamon and cracked black pepper lead the spice profile, supported by classic vanilla and caramel sweetness. The flavor concentration is substantial without becoming harsh.
